Our services include:

The Wood Destroying Insect Report reports the visible presence or absence of active or previous infestation of wood destroying insects in the dwelling as well as conditions conducive to infestation. We provide this service for FREE with each of our home inspections.

Notice to consumers and service recipients:Inspectors are required to provide notice that the Texas Real Estate Commission maintains a Real Estate Inspection Recovery Fund to reimburse aggrieved persons who suffer actual damages from an inspectors act in violation of the Texas Occupations Code, Chapter 1102, Subchapter G – Prohibited Acts, and the inspector is unable to pay.
