This month, we’re shining the Realtor Partner Spotlight on Tamika Harrison, an accomplished Realtor with United Real Estate-Dallas, who expertly serves the Southwest region of Dallas and is a valued partner of The Home Inspectors. In this installment of our Realtor Partner Spotlight series, she shares her journey into real estate, offers valuable advice for home buyers and sellers, and explains why she has chosen to collaborate with The Home Inspectors.
I chose real estate because I love the opportunity to educate and guide people through one of the most important decisions of their lives. Helping clients navigate the home buying or selling process, making it less stressful and more empowering, is something I’m passionate about.
My favorite thing about being a Realtor is knowing that I can play a role in such a significant life event and advocate for my clients’ interests is incredibly rewarding.
I love spending time with my family, traveling, trying new restaurants, and relaxing when I get the chance!
There is always something to learn. Once you complete your licensing requirements, it is then that the real learning starts. Every situation will be different and you will need help. Don’t be afraid to ask questions!
My biggest piece of advice for anyone looking to buy or sell a home is to connect with a qualified Realtor who truly takes the time to understand your needs and goals. This person is pivotal because they will listen to what you’re looking for and help position you for a smooth, successful transaction. Trust me, you want the guidance!
I’ve been working with The Home Inspectors as long as I’ve been an agent! The Home Inspectors initially came by referral from another agent early in my career. I will continue to choose them because of their consistency in service, the employee retention, and all they have to offer my clients.
What I love most about my partnership with The Home Inspectors is their employee retention! For the last 4 years, I’ve been using The Home Inspectors, and their inspectors have stayed consistent.
Do it! You will not be disappointed. They have very reasonable pricing for your clients. Your inspector will call you and discuss the items that need attention and they will call your clients and share the same information. They even create a repair pricer report that shows approximately how much things will cost to repair, and much more.
