Why did you choose to work in Real Estate?

I began my journey in Real Estate around 1995 when I purchased my first foreclosure property. While living in it, I took on the challenge of renovating it, transforming it into a functional and appealing space. Eventually, I turned it into my first rental property, and later sold it, solidifying my passion for the industry. From that first experience, I fell in love with the process of creating value and helping properties reach their full potential, as well as helping others on their Real Estate journey.

What is your favorite thing about being a Realtor?

My favorite part of being a Realtor is building lifelong relationships and friendships while helping families discover the perfect place to call home.

What are your hobbies or interests outside of Real Estate?

When I’m not immersed in the world of Real Estate, you can usually find me soaking up the sun on a beach in the Caribbean, carving through the slopes on a mountain ski trip, or feeling the adrenaline rush as I take my Ducati for a spin. I also love rolling up my sleeves and diving into my passion for cars, whether it’s working on a project car or modifying an old vehicle.

What is one piece of advice you have for new Realtors entering the industry?

My advice to new realtors is to be patient and vigilant, always upholding strong ethical values to protect the industry. Be fair in your dealings, and plan ahead by building a financial cushion to navigate slower times with ease.

What is one piece of advice you have for anybody looking to buy or sell a home?

My advice to anyone looking to buy a house is to first position themselves financially by contacting a Realtor and starting the planning process early. Whether you’re buying or selling, collaborating with your Realtor and utilizing their resources is essential to successfully navigate potential pitfalls and ensure a smoother experience.

For the past 6-7 years, we have trusted The Home Inspectors to deliver reliable, professional inspections that ensure our clients make informed decisions with confidence. My advice to other Realtors is Give the Home Inspectors one try. If they think it’s too good to be true try again and again and again until it fails. I am still waiting for the latter and it’s been around 7 years.
