Realtor Partner Spotlight | Krea Bankhead

This month, we are excited to feature Krea Bankhead in our Realtor Partner Spotlight. Krea serves the North Dallas area with Monument Realty and brings four years of experience helping clients buy and sell homes throughout North Texas.

Before real estate, she spent eight years teaching elementary school and now applies that experience to helping guide her clients with confidence. Krea has been a valued partner of The Home Inspectors for three years and we appreciate her continued trust in our team.

In this spotlight, Krea shares what led her into real estate, her favorite part of serving clients, and why strong partnerships make all the difference.

Why did you choose to work in Real Estate?

My husband and I began investing in real estate (both flipping and purchasing rental properties) so naturally it lended itself for me to get my license.

What is your favorite thing about being a Realtor?

My favorite thing about being a Realtor is educating and helping people. Whether it’s from buying or selling your first home or your forever home or anything in between, I love getting to be there every step of the way!

What are your hobbies or interests outside of Real Estate?

I am a new mom, so I love getting to spend time with my little guy! I also love cooking, running or working out, reading a good book, playing tennis or being on the golf course with my husband, traveling and drinking wine!

What is one piece of advice you have for new Realtors entering the industry?

I would also say who you work with matters! The partnerships you create and the trusted vendors you work with can make or break your business! It is vital to your success in this industry to partner with people who make you shine!

What is one piece of advice you have for anybody looking to buy or sell a home?

Who you work with matters!! As an agent it is our job to get you the best price for a home you are purchasing or get you the most money for a home you are selling. What sets an agent apart is how they go about getting the job done.

Why did you choose to partner with The Home Inspectors?

Time and time again you guys have been the most affordable, scheduling is a breeze, and every time I get a report back I know what to expect and so do my clients. All of the inspectors with The Home Inspectors are so patient and give very educated, in-depth reports at the end of every inspection.

What’s your favorite thing about our partnership?

I love how you understand the importance of time is of the essence and are able to promptly schedule appointments. You give thorough, easy to read reports and all of your inspectors do a fabulous job of going over the report with my clients and myself. The reports are broken into three sections and the summary is very helpful as it focuses and highlights the major issues within the report. I also love the binder you make for each home, a great touch especially for first time buyers.

What would you tell other Realtors looking to partner with The Home Inspectors?

I cannot recommend The Home Inspectors enough!! Easy to work with, same day reports, affordable, trustworthy and good human beings!
