In our latest Realtor Partner Spotlight, Clinton shared why he went into real estate, advice for home buyers and sellers, and why he chooses to partner with The Home Inspectors.

Why did you choose to work in Real Estate?

I got into Real Estate in 2021 because of some friends reminding me of some goals I had back in college. I was always intrigued by the real estate market and I love helping people.

What is your favorite thing about being a Realtor?

My favorite thing is being able to see the joy at the end with my clients. Every transaction is different but there is an emotional connection I built between us and I love to be able to help them see the light at the end. It’s important to be able to help and guide and I think that is what I am put on this earth to do.

What are your hobbies or interests outside of Real Estate?

I enjoy reading, playing basketball and helping my wife with her interior design business. I also stay very much involved in my church.

What is one piece of advice you have for new Realtors entering the industry?

Do not underestimate the power of your network. Your reputation and character is what will attract people to you.

What is one piece of advice you have for anybody looking to buy or sell a home?

Buy or sell when you are ready. There is so much information out there but it is important to trust your gut and find someone who you trust to help guide you.
