Why did you choose to work in Real Estate?

I entered the real estate industry after recognizing the gaps in my knowledge during the purchase of my first home. I heavily relied on my agent and saw the importance of having someone knowledgeable and effective in communication. This inspired me to become that person who possesses the necessary expertise, enabling people to enjoy a positive real estate experience by trusting their agent’s advice and recommendations.

What is your favorite thing about being a Realtor?

My favorite aspect of being a real estate agent is the instant establishment of a meaningful relationship with my clients. It challenges me to make a positive impression and consistently meet their expectations.

What are your hobbies or interests outside of Real Estate?

Beyond real estate, I find pleasure in golfing, baking, and spending quality time with friends and family.

What is one piece of advice you have for new Realtors entering the industry?

One piece of advice for new Realtors entering the industry is to recognize that real estate is a career of ‘on-the-job training.’ It involves gaining experience from various situations and learning directly from them, which goes beyond what you can learn from a book.

What is one piece of advice you have for anybody looking to buy or sell a home?

One crucial piece of advice for anyone looking to buy or sell a home is to ensure the use of an experienced agent. Take the time to interview them, posing questions related to the skills and experience that are pertinent to your specific real estate transaction.
