At The Home Inspectors, we frequently get asked how much our home inspections cost. Our simple pricing structure is based solely on the square footage of the home without all of the additional fees charged by others in the industry. Plus our pricing includes a free termite inspection, service after the sale, access to the Haven Home Portal at no additional cost, and more!

OUR STRAIGHT FORWARD PRICING

Our pricing is straightforward, based only on the square footage of the home—no extra charges like others in the industry. Pricing starts at $425 for homes up to 2500 square feet. It doesn’t matter whether the home was built in the 1950s or was built last year. It doesn’t matter what the condition of the home is or how many issues are found during the inspection. The pricing is always based only on the square footage of the home and there are never any additional fees.

OUR PRICING INCLUDES: GENERAL HOME INSPECTION

During your home inspection, one of our licensed home inspectors will walk through six key areas in the inspection that encompass multiple aspects of the home including: Structural Systems, Electrical systems, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems, Plumbing Systems, Appliances, and Optional Systems. There are no additional fees for Crawl Space, Pools/Spas, Sprinkler Systems, Septic Systems, Private Water Wells or Age of Home.

OUR PRICING INCLUDES: FREE TERMITE INSPECTION

And to top it all off, we perform a FREE Termite Inspection with every home inspection. Our FREE Wood Destroying Insect Report reveals the visible presence or absence of active or previous infestation of wood destroying insects.

After your completed home inspection, your inspector will answer all of your questions during an informative walk-thru. Reports are presented and e-mailed on-site with color photos and easy to understand findings.
