Haven is a home management and support system included at no additional cost with inspections from The Home Inspectors. It combines digital home management tools with ongoing homeowner support to help your clients from inspection day through years of homeownership.

For buyers, Haven includes move-in support, a personalized Home Portal and ongoing maintenance support. The Home Portal keeps the inspection report, service information, documents and other details about the home organized in one place, while ongoing maintenance reminders help homeowners stay on top of their home’s actual systems and needs.
 

HOW DO MY CLIENTS GET HAVEN?

When your client completes an inspection with The Home Inspectors, Haven is included as part of their inspection experience. Their personalized Home Portal is connected to their inspection and gives them ongoing access to information and resources related to their home.

For Home Buyer and New Construction inspections, Haven also includes access to a Moving Assistant who can help coordinate utilities, internet, moving services, security and other moving needs.

HOW THE HAVEN BUYER JOURNEY WORKS

After the inspection, Haven follows up with the buyer and can connect them with a Moving Assistant. The Moving Assistant comes prepared with information about local utility, TV, internet and other service options. Haven then continues providing proactive support for home maintenance and other homeowner needs after move-in.
 

YOUR CLIENTS’ INFORMATION STAYS PRIVATE

Haven states that client information is never shared or sold without clear consent. Clients can also opt out of the service if they choose.
 

ALSO INCLUDED FOR REALTORS: REPAIR PRICER

In addition to Haven for your clients, The Home Inspectors also provides Repair Pricer for eligible buyer inspections. Repair Pricer turns inspection findings into line-item repair cost estimates that are delivered directly to the Realtor, helping provide useful pricing information for negotiations.

Repair Pricer estimates are sent to you, not your client, so you can decide how and when to use them during the transaction.
