Every home inspection we conduct includes a lifetime Home Portal through Haven at no additional cost to help you manage one of your most important assets: your home. Haven combines digital home management tools with ongoing homeowner support, giving you one organized place for your inspection reports, maintenance reminders, homeowner resources and important home information.

Your personalized Home Portal also includes educational videos covering important home basics, including how to turn off the main water, water heater and gas supplies and how to change your air filter. Haven helps you keep track of your home throughout homeownership, not just after inspection day.
 

HOW DO I ACCESS HAVEN?

You will receive a personalized Haven link by email following your inspection. Use that link to access your Home Portal and the information connected to your inspection.

If you do not receive your Haven email, check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot locate it, contact The Home Inspectors and we can help you determine the next step.
